    The short version

    RVFloorplans.app is a free tool for exploring and comparing RV floorplans. Use it in good faith, don't misuse it, and understand that floorplan data — while we work hard to keep it accurate — should be verified before you make a major purchase decision. That's it, mostly.

    1. Who operates this

    RVFloorplans.app is operated by Where Wild Ones Roam LLC, a Texas company. By using the app, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it — no hard feelings.

    2. What the app is (and isn't)

    RVFloorplans.app is a free, informational platform that helps people search, compare, and explore RV floorplans across hundreds of brands and models.

    It is not:

    • A dealership or marketplace — we don't sell RVs
    • A source of guaranteed accurate specifications — manufacturer specs change, and our data may not always reflect the latest
    • A substitute for your own research before buying an RV

    We do our best to keep data accurate, especially through our Brand Expert contributor program. But always verify specs directly with a manufacturer or dealer before making a purchase.

    3. Your account

    You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account. If something looks wrong with your account, let us know at help@rvfloorplans.app.

    You agree not to create an account if you're under 13 years old.

    4. How you're allowed to use the app

    Pretty simple — use it the way it's intended. That means:

    ✅ Searching, saving, and comparing floorplans

    ✅ Creating lists for your own personal use

    ✅ Contributing data if you're a Brand Expert

    ✅ Contacting us with questions or feedback

    Not allowed:

    ❌ Scraping or bulk-downloading our data without permission

    ❌ Attempting to access parts of the app you're not authorized to use

    ❌ Impersonating someone else or submitting false information

    ❌ Using the app for anything illegal

    We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

    5. Brand Expert contributors

    If you participate as a Brand Expert, you're voluntarily submitting floorplan data to help improve the platform. By doing so, you grant Where Wild Ones Roam LLC a permanent, royalty-free license to display, store, and use the data you contribute within the app.

    You represent that the data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

    Your separate Brand Expert Agreement covers the specifics of your contributor role and what you receive in return.

    6. Intellectual property

    The RVFloorplans.app name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Where Wild Ones Roam LLC. Don't use them without asking.

    Manufacturer names, brand names, and floorplan images belong to their respective manufacturers. We reference them for informational purposes.

    7. No warranties

    We provide RVFloorplans.app "as is." We don't make any promises that the app will always be available, error-free, or that every piece of data is perfectly accurate. We're a small operation doing our best — we appreciate your understanding.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Where Wild Ones Roam LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us — which, since the app is free, is zero.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes would be handled in Texas courts.

    10. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll note it in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
