Who we are
RVFloorplans.app is operated by Where Wild Ones Roam LLC, a Texas company. If you have questions about anything in here, email us at help@rvfloorplans.app.
What we collect
When you create an account:
Your email address, display name, and a hashed password (we never see your actual password — that's handled by Supabase Auth).
When you use the app:
Floorplans you save, lists you create, and preferences you set. This is just so the app can work the way you expect it to.
When you fill out a form:
If you contact us or submit a support request, we collect your name, email, and whatever you write. This goes into our internal system so we can follow up.
When you join the waitlist:
Just your email address and the date you signed up.
Automatically:
We use PostHog for analytics. This collects things like which pages you visit, how long you stay, what you click, and general location (city/country level — not your street address). We use this to understand how the app is being used and make it better. No selling, no ad targeting.
Who we share your data with
We don't sell your data. Ever.
We use a small number of third-party tools to run the app:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data lives on their infrastructure. supabase.com/privacy
- PostHog — analytics. They process usage data on our behalf. posthog.com/privacy
- Resend — email delivery. When we send you an email, it goes through Resend. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
That's it. No data brokers, no ad networks, no social platforms.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Analytics data is retained per PostHog's standard retention policy.
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed or we no longer need them after launch.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and associated data
- Stop sending you emails (every email we send has an unsubscribe link)
Just email help@rvfloorplans.app and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — basically just what's needed to keep you logged in and make the app function. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Children
RVFloorplans.app is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and note it somewhere visible in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you're okay with them.
